Leveling Rewards
You can earn Leveling Rewards by leveling up your hero through consistently playing The Elder Scrolls Legends. After downloading the game for the first time your hero starts at level 1. Over time, you can level up to level 50. Each win provides experience points that help you to go one level up. Whenever you level up you will also get a reward. Hence, getting from level 1 to 50 can take a few weeks of consistent play, but it’s definitely worth the time investment. The Elder Scrolls Legends allows you to spend little to no money and provides leveling rewards to help you with building your card collection. Each level has a distinct reward, as per the list below.
Levels 24 and 32 are critical
Above all, it has to be highlighted, that leveling rewards for levels 24 and 32 are critical, as you will be receiving a random legendary card based on your current avatar’s race. (Note: There are other levels that will grant you a racial epic or rare card).
Depending on your other card acquisitions, that you might have been able to get via other means, there is not always a right and wrong suggestion of what race to pick. Consequently, you will need to check what legendaries you have and still need in your collection. Please refer to the Legendary Crafting Guides on this blog to see which legendaries are recommended.
By the way, to change your avatar’s race, you have to click on the picture of your Avatar in the main menu. In the following sub-menu, you can simply click on the big drawing of your avatar. Likewise, you can then switch through the races and select an avatar of the race you would like to play.
A final tip: do not use soul gems, ever, to craft common cards. You will get them sooner or later. Save your soul gems for epics and legendaries you need, in particular Monthly Reward Cards (see our Monthly Reward Crafting Guide).
